Personnel Changes at Tamron

Tamron USA (Commack, NY,) recently announced the appointment of John VanSteenberg as Senior Education Manager, a new position created to fulfill the increasing need to educate consumers, dealers, and sales representatives in this fast-paced and increasingly complex SLR lens market. VanSteenberg is expected to develop deeper relationships and a stronger presence in the school market and with professional photographer associations across the United States.
The company also appointed Ruth Cox as Western Regional Sales Manager. Cox assumes the position left vacant after the promotion of Bert Krank to Vice President.
