Advanced Sharpening Plug-in From Nik Software

Nik Software (San Diego, CA, 619-725-3150) recently introduced the latest version of the popular Sharpener Pro photographic plug-in for Adobe Photoshop and Apple Aperture. Now in version 3, the new plug-in eliminates the guesswork required for getting superior and consistent results. Among its advanced features are U Point Powered Control Points for selective sharpening, configuration controls for a variety of output devices, and the ability to soft proof. The new plug-in has RAW Presharpener, Smart Filter Support with Photoshop, and it’s compatible with Aperture’s multi-image support. Nik Sharpener Pro 3.0 lists for $199.95. Owners of any previous version can upgrade for $99.95.
