José Luis Guardia Peinado wins FEP Award
The Federation of European Photographers (FEP) selected Spanish photographer José Luis Guardia Peinado to win the overall FEP European Professional Photographer of the Year Award, as well as the award in the social category. Supported by Epson, the 2009 awards featured more than 2000 entries from 600 photographers in 20 European countries. Peinado received the awards December 17, 2009, at the Photo Museum of Antwerp.
